Hello everyone! I recently joined BP after one the investors in one of my properties in NJ mentioned it and I've finally got around to create an account.

I currently own multiple rental properties in the North Jersey area and Vero Beach, FL. My main purpose for joining is as my portfolio grows I want to learn what other investors have gone through and how they dealt with those problems.

Within the next year I'm looking to purchase more single and multifamily properties to buy & hold.

Looking forward to learning and sharing some of my experiences.

Welcome Amy! And congrats on your portfolio. How'd you end up with properties in Vero Beach? I'm from Atlanta (and Ft. Lauderdale) and every time I ever heard of Vero it was in relation to aviation and the flight schools.
