New member in Atlanta Ga

I am in Interior Designer by trade and have been interested in getting into real estate investing. Learning the ropes with least options wholesaling and eventually flipping homes since that’s my true inspiration. So don’t be mad at me. I went to the Rich Dad workshops and paid for a 3 day training of nothing but sales pitches and how to max out your credit cards. That has since giving me false hope. I hate that I spent as much as I did for something definitely not worth especially when there’s a website such as this that offers way more for free. And the membership is still way cheaper than I’ve seen. I would like to know are there any mentors in the Atlanta market that would enjoy having a mentee. I read but I learn by doing watching and seeing. I’m ready for financial freedom to to really start living life for me and not to corporate America. That’s all for now hope to talk to you guys soon
