Newbie from Orlando!

Hi everyone, my name is Adam.  I've been listening to the podcasts for a while and finally decided to introduce myself.  I recently moved to the Orlando area and I'm looking to purchase my first rental property down here. I moved from Long Island, NY where I have one rental property and I'm very excited to expand my holdings.  Growing up on the island I had an outstanding layout of the neighborhoods, schools etc.  I find that the biggest challenge for me has been the lack of familiarity.  I just don't know enough about the market and areas down here to get a good grasp on where and what to buy. I've slowly been learning the lay of the land but I would love to speak to someone with extensive local knowledge to help guide the way.  I'm ready and excited to buy asap! Cant wait to be a part of the forums. Thanks everyone!
