Hello everyone. As the title states I am new to the world of real estate investing and I currently reside in the San Fernando Valley.

My goals are to get my feet wet in this industry through wholesaling real estate. I would like to close my first deal within 2 months. I am currently putting together my buyer's list and reading up on contract assignments and double closes.

I realize that going into something like this alone will present me with some obstacles that I might not be able to handle. As such, I would like to bird dog for any investors who wouldn't mind showing me the ropes. My email is located on my profile page, and I can pm my number to interested parties so that we can begin asap.

Thanks for reading this and I look forward to becoming a part of the BP community.
