New member from Kailua Hawaii

I’m a stay-at-home dad in Kailua, HI with two young children. I’m new to real estate investing and have made a goal to earn enough passive income to allow my wife to stay at home with me (if she so desires). I’ve been reading/researching a lot over the past few months and want to get started. Big thanks to the BP community for all the good info I’ve already found here.

Welcome. I lived on Kauai for two years. I’d love to own a cash flowing property there. Can’t see how that would work though.
