Newbie from Podunk, Idaho
Hey there everyone! My name is Brendan and I'm a new investor/realtor in southeast Idaho. I'm originally from Fresno, CA but I moved out here and married this amazing woman about a year ago. I'm interested in brrr investing and doing fix n flips as well. I've been on BP for a few months now but I'm now deciding to really get active on it. Hopefully you all can help me answer some of my questions. Thanks!

@Brendan Stuart Welcome to BP! Podunk is a nice place! BP is a great resource to learn and grow. I advise following all the podcasts and webinars you can. The PRO membership is worth every penny so you have full access to the calculators and all the past podcasts. I've watched/listened to every one of them and they are amazing. Also if you can, read the BP books and others that are suggested in the podcasts, you will be surprised at how much you'll learn, or maybe realize you don't really care for Real Estate as much as you think. Our area has been great for investing but like everywhere else the choices are getting slim with rising prices and more investors jumping in. Feel free to ask all your questions on the BP Forums, the BP community is awesome and will help you with all your questions. Best of luck!
