Hey there BP. I'm working off a foreclosure list that I have knocking doors and trying to get in front of home owners but my question for you guys is when theres no answer, what do you guys leave behind and more specifically what does it say? I want to leave something more than just a business card that'll set me apart a little bit more. I'd love to have some input on what has worked for y'all. I'm mostly in the Idaho Falls, ID market if that helps with legality at all.

Hey there BP. I’m just curious about what you all look for when driving for dollars and if there’s anything specific I should be looking for besides over grown yards and boarded up windows. Suggestions?

Don Spafford thanks for the suggestions. Haha yeah podunk is great. I live in Ririe in reality but I’m in Idaho falls and Rexburg just about every day. Yeah I’ve listened to just about every podcast and they are definitely the best. I’m reading some books right now and it is awesome how much there is to learn. Thanks for all the suggestions!

Hey there everyone! My name is Brendan and I'm a new investor/realtor in southeast Idaho. I'm originally from Fresno, CA but I moved out here and married this amazing woman about a year ago.
