Hi everyone! I've been a member for over a year now, sorry I never introduced myself yet. My name is Teri and been interested in REI for a few years now but it wasnt til I discovered this site that I really learned all the basics I needed to know to get started with my own business. The information on this site is priceless, thank you josh! I have bought every guru course on tv u can think of and none of them compare to this site! I am now locating properties for wholesalers and investors nationwide and still pursuing my 1st deal in my local area.
