Brand new member from Charleston, SC.
Hello everyone, I am a steel mill electrician here in SC looking to move into real estate investing and out of the steel mill (eventually). I've been reading and watching podcast/you tube like crazy. I've always been into the idea of having properties that will produce cash flow for me but until recently it never seemed feasible for me. I had small kids and bills with collage looming, etc. Most of that has passed now and the time is right, I'm really excited about getting started and looking forward to hopefully being an asset to this group.
