New to bigger pockets.
Hello there, my name is Maria and I’m new to bigger pockets. I’m here because I want to learn more about real state investment. I’m currently in school to become a nurse, but my ultimate goal is to invest in real state the soonest I’m done with my schooling. I currently owe two single family homes, I live in one and renting the second one. My goal is to get a multifamily building for my next investment, any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated .

Swanny here and keep learning, asking questions, find people with a whole lot of RE that has been in the trenches for a while now to learn from.
I just started with one little rental condo in 2011 and am approaching 122 front doors total in 8 apartment complexes and 4 little single family.
