Hello everyone! I am BRAND NEW to the real estate world and thought I'd take this time to introduce myself and make some new connections.

My name is Patrick Olownia, I am 24 years old and I currently live south of the Twin Cities area and work as an RN on a cardiac unit. My dream (and still is) for last 6 year has been to head back to school and become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. I am a highly motivated individual, love to work out, read and listen to podcasts just like many of you.

Until recently, the idea of buying into real estate and acquiring "passive cash flowing income" was not something I was aware of. I, like many are still under the impression that I need to work and head back to school to achieve "financial freedom". A friends dad of mine had recently shared his story about rental properties and every since then, I have not been able to stop thinking about this term "passive income". The more I keep saying it, the more my eyes light up and my heart starts racing. I've heard numerous stories now of individuals who started with 1 rental property and now have hundreds. WOW is all I can say and my dream is to aspire to be like those.

My first "goal" is to purchase a duplex or triplex to live in and rent out. As much as I love living with my parents, having home cooked meals and taking our family dog on walks... I'm itching to get out of the house and begin this new adventure.

Over all, I just wanted to introduce myself and welcome any sort of advice or words of wisdom.

Thanks,

Patrick Olownia
