New Investor From New York
Hey everyone, I'm Charles from Long Island NY. Been investing in stocks and cryptocurrencies for about a year now and looking to break into the real estate market for rental properties! I've been reading Brandon's book on rental properties and listening to podcasts/watching YouTube videos. Its been great so far and I've learned a bunch. I'm hoping to buy my first rental property this year. Look forward to connecting with you all!

If you haven't already you might want to check out @Darren Sager's free Meetup group in NYC. He always has interesting speakers and a great turnout, so it can be a good way to combine your BP network with in-person networking.
