Hello BP World, I have been a member for a bit now and have yet to formally introduce myself. Here we go… My name is Tim and I live in Hillsboro, Oregon (let’s see how many keyword alerts that just triggered). I have been feeling the tug of real estate in my soul for the last 15 years or so and I’ve only really been digging into the education piece this last year. I will say that BP is pure GOLD in this regard. I came across BP late one night while looking for something interesting to listen to while running. I’ve been gobbling up the podcasts ever since. My wife and I currently own one commercial property in Portland, but I am very interested in multi family units for future. I have a full time career as an engineer in a large processor manufacturing company in Oregon. My goal this year is to be more active on the site besides just consuming every podcast in the archive. My experience is limited, but I hope to contribute as is feasible as I take my licks in this arena. And I’m always good for throwing out some newbie questions. So that’s me.
