Hey BP!!! My name is Bam Childress and I am from Cleveland Ohio. I played for the New England Patriots and now I own my own Insurance Agency. I heard BP is the place to network and learn from a lot of great people. I’m looking to build a strong portfolio of Multi Families in and around the suburbs of Cleveland. Financing should not be a problem. I think the hard part is finding deals that make sense. Just looking to network with wonderful people and learn as I go as well.
