Hey BP!!!
My name is Bam Childress and I am from Cleveland Ohio. I played for the New England Patriots and now I own my own Insurance Agency. I heard BP is the place to network and learn from a lot of great people.
I’m looking to build a strong portfolio of Multi Families in and around the suburbs of Cleveland. Financing should not be a problem. I think the hard part is finding deals that make sense. Welcome to the community Bam. You are in the right place. I would dive into the articles and podcast to soak up the info. On YouTube go to the biggerpockets page and look for the videos that talk about analyzing deals. Use the calculators on the site to get comfortable with the numbers.
