Hello everyone, my name is Jason Stoltzfus I am from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and I am 20 years old. I am a licensed real estate agent and I work part time as a roofer. My goal is to own 100 units with each door bringing in $100 in profit per month by the time I am 30. Any tips for getting started? I have been reading a lot of books and listening to the bigger pockets podcast.

Hi @Jason Stoltzfus and welcome to BP. Yes put as much money aside as you can and at the same time educate yourself so you get really good at locating good deals. You can then maybe find good deals and partner with someone that has the funds and they put up the money and you bring the deal and split profits. This way you will raise capital to in the future to purchase on your own. There are so many ways you can buy with no or low money down. Check out @Brandon Turner book on this topic, very helpful. Good luck to you and congrats on starting out young.
