Hello everyone, my name is Jason Stoltzfus I am from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and I am 20 years old. I am a licensed real estate agent and I work part time as a roofer. My goal is to own 100 units with each door bringing in $100 in profit per month by the time I am 30. Any tips for getting started? I have been reading a lot of books and listening to the bigger pockets podcast.

I am 20 years old and I recently became a licensed real estate agent. I work part time as a roofer and I will continue until I have a solid client base. My goal is to buy a multifamily and live in one unit while I rent out the rest. Should I continue living at home for free or try to find a property and move out?
