New member looking for connections in Memphis

Hi there! My name is Allison, I’m from Brazil but live in Florida since 2015. I invest in real estate here, renting  and managing my own properties and I just got my real estate license :)
My plan is start investing in Memphis, buying and selling properties and maybe renting. But before that I’d like to find a good investor friendly agent in Memphis, some boots on the ground and also meet some rehab investors in the area.
I'm planning visit Memphis next month to meet and know better this incredible market!
