New Investor from Cincinnati, OH
My name is Mike and my wife, Andie, and I have been wanting to get into REI for a long time. Jobs and kids put our plans on a temporary hold for the past several years. We both still work full time jobs, Andie is a change management consultant for a small consulting firm in Cincinnati and I work as a Contracting Officer for the Air Force at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton. At this point we ARE ready to jump into investing ASAP and are looking for rental properties to invest in the Cincinnati or Dayton areas, or anywhere in between, i.e. in Oxford, OH where we both attended Miami University. We have a lot to learn, but our overall plan is to buy and hold rental property, ideally small multi-family rentals, possibly even flip a house if the deal makes sense or if it can be done with a partner.

Welcome to BP Mike! I'm also a new investor in the Cincy/Dayton area. I live in Lebanon. I have flipped one house so far, but I'm having a ton of trouble finding another deal. I really want to focus on buying multifamily properties and holding them long-term. I'd love to meet up some time to talk REI.
