California Based Newbie - Interested in BRRR

Hello Everyone,

I've been listening to the podcast for a few months now and figured I'd jump all the way in and finally sign up for a profile. I live in Southern California and am investing currently in Indianapolis with growing interest in Kenosha, WI (Family ties).

I'm currently in the renovation phase of my first BRRR duplex in Indianapolis, IN and a few weeks from the purchase of a 4plex BRRR in the same area.

Looking forward to learning from the community as well as the obvious networking opportunities. Excited to get to know everyone!
