Hello everyone! My name is Jordan and I am a budding real estate investor from Maryland! For years I have dreamed about real estate investing but now I think it is time for me to seriously start investing. I’m nineteen right now and am a college student. I am in a situation to where I believe I have the capital to comfortably start investing (message me for the full story). Over the past couple of years, I’ve picked up the general concept of investing in rental properties, but from sources like YouTube and BiggerPockets, I am aiming to learn and implement useful real estate strategies! I’m so excited to start looking at houses (multi family unit properties) and I’m looking for next steps. I’ve read the beginners guide and I’m looking for books to read. Also, hello everyone from Maryland and beyond! I’m so excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community!

Welcome, driving for dollar is a good way to start looking for properties in a competitive environment or finding other lists that are difficult to get- eviction, tax del, code violations, etc. I'm sure in Baltimore you can find some great wholesalers too.
