Hi this awesome BP community,

I had been interested in real estate since 2014, bought my first home in 2016.03 and got my California real estate agent license in 2018.05, have recently studied through many classical books regarding real estate, looking to get started in real estate investing!

I'm planning to buy rental properties and hold them for positive cash flow. Looking forward to learning from every one of you!
