Hello from Evansville, IN

Just wanted to introduce myself. My wife and I have just closed on our first property and I am actually taking this week, to clean and refinish some areas of the house. Our goal is to substitute a little lost income at retirement by renting a few single family homes until we can switch to a larger complex with multiple units. Yes I said at retirement. I am an Active Guard Reserve Soldier and i have 16 years in which means its time to start going. I currently have an additional duty of managing a building for the Military and my wife manages a branch for her company so this is a great fit for us as a team. We look forward to this adventure!
