Hi, I am slightly new to the game , late investor(47).

I have owned  a property in Delray Beach Florida before but sold it off at the height of the market.

I currently own in south florida, invested in one rental In Knoxville TN. 

  I have Brandon's 2 books , finished No Money Down(finished), starting Rental Property Investing(starting)

I'm Looking to spread my wings for the next buy and hold within the next year.

Any serious investors without fangs :) looking for a friend hit me up.
