Hello anyone who reads this!

My name is Tim and I've been listening to the podcast for a few months now. 

In May I graduated with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and am moving with my wife, Rachel, to Orlando to start a career. She is a teacher and we both would like to have a sick side-hustle, passive income, early retirement, and any other buzz words you can think of that a real estate beginner would use. Orlando members lets connect!

My wife and I are high school sweethearts, went to Florida State University, and got married two and a half  years ago when she graduated. Now we are both ready to start careers but don't want to forget to start building our asset column (sorry for another cliche).
