Newbie from Marietta, Georgia
Hello everybody my name is Luis Ramirez and I am a new member here on Bigger Pockets! I have no background in real estate investing, but am hoping to jump in in the near future. I was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia. I am currently a senior in college double majoring in accounting and finance and I will be looking to enter the job market as a mortgage underwriter (hopefully). I have strong interest in flipping and rentals (both Airbnb and Traditional), and I am hoping to learn as much as possible about these methods before I jump in. I learned about BiggerPockets through a google search on real estate investing and have since been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast whenever I have the chance. Can't wait to meet everybody!
