Newbie in Houston Texas, building buyer’s list

Hello, I’m Princella. I’m brand new to Real Estate Investing and brand new to Bigger pockets.  I am transitioning into real estate from 3.5 years of car sales. I’ve learned some valuable skills from that industry and am looking forward to applying them here. I’m interested in having multiple strategies in my arsenal from wholesaling, to short sales, subject to’s and flipping. What is the best way to build my buyer’s list?

Replied
  1. Go to foreclosure auctions and network
  2. Find an agent that will pull all homes on MLS purchased with cash within the last 6 months. Then find any duplicates, proving they are repeat investors in that area.
  3. Call any bandit signs saying 'We Buy Houses' (etc.) and network
  4. Go to your local REI group meetings and network with investors

Good Luck @Princella Carr!
