Aloha BP community! We are Gene and Sheri Kaniaupio, huge admirers of the real estate podcast and website. We are originally from Honolulu, HI and currently live in Reno, NV. We have a little bit of experience as investors, one single family rental in Hawaii and our current residence in Reno.

We are ready to take our experience to a higher level with SD401k investing as well as cash flowing multifamily properties. We are excited to connect with other investors in the BP Community!
