Newbie REI from Kailua, Hawaii
My name is Gio Gonzalez from Kailua, HI.
My wife and I decided that we wanted to pursue REI a couple of months ago. We have been educating ourselves since then; reading books, lurking the forums and listening to podcasts.
I am a stay at home dad, so it gives me flexibility as far as looking for deals, making phone calls and analyzing deals. Our goal is to acquire a small multi-family by the end of 2018. And after that, at least 2 deals by end of 2019.
Long term goal is financial independence.
