Hello to all I’m Vanessa Morris 29, out of central FL I’ve spent the last 8 years in the trucking industry and I’ve finall found my passion in real estate only issue is I’m so lost on exactly which direction to start I for sure know I want to buy and hold properties yet I’ve never owned a home never even applied for a home loan I’ve read several books and watched dozens of YouTube videos I’m at the point where it’s now or never how do I get the courage to just go for it and what should be my first step???

@Vanessa Morris congrats on finding your passion! I like to first share a quote from one of my favorite Jet Li movies... "No risk, no rewards".  I don't need to explain what the quote means!

It won't be an easy journey, but you've put enough time into studying how real estate investments work! You just have to trust yourself (and have a little bit of luck) and jump dive in.  And if things go wrong, then you have thousands of colleagues here that could give you advice based on their past experience! You'll do great! Good luck and keep us posted!
