Hello All!!

My name is Gerry Harris I am from all over Ohio but currently reside in St. Clairsville, OH a small town just outside of Wheeling, WV which is another small city lol. 45 min West of Pittsburgh or 2 hours East of Columbus.

I Just recently in September of 2018 got my Real Estate License and am looking to make some contacts and get into investing in rentals and or flips. I plan on buying my first property with in the next 90 days!

My interest in real estate first sparked a very long time ago in college and started reading a book that I never finished, It wasnt until (like most people) I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki did I truly find a passion for investments and real estate. I have also read Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and was in process of reading "The Book on flipping houses" by J Scott when in the third chapter I decided to get by real estate license I wasn't going to finish the book until then. Which I did and now I am back to reading and hopefully finishing really soon . How I learned about Bigger Pockets is a long story, lets just say I heard about it from a fellow investor. 

I am going to continue to learn and apply, So any tips, advice or comments are welcomed and encouraged.
