Newbie from Wilmington, DE

Hello BP community! My name is Aaron Goode and after listening to a plethora of the BiggerPockets Podcast episodes I finally decided to make an account and my first post. After graduating from the University of Delaware this past spring, I moved 20 minutes back to Wilmington, DE where I work full-time as an Aircraft Mechanic in the DE Air National Guard. 

In the short term, I am currently pursuing a career as a pilot through the National Guard. In the long term, I want to use this career to help fund and build passive income through multifamily rental properties in areas such as Wilmington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. Right now I want to learn as much as possible, meet some new faces, and have been strongly exploring the idea of obtaining my Realtors License.

I'm really excited to start my journey and look forward to being engaged with the BiggerPockets community!
