Hey all, new investor in Evansville, IN. Been educating myself on Real Estate Investing for the last few months and have started the process of making offers on a few houses. Trying to get the first one out of the way. Focusing on BRRRR with 1-4 family, open to the idea of larger multi family and Reg D offerings in the future after my knowledge has caught up to my motivation. Here's to the new year!
