Introducing myself (Newbie)

Hello everyone,

My name is Baylen, I’m new to BiggerPockets. I’m looking to get started in a northern suburb of Minneapolis MN called Anoka. I’m a CNC machinist by trade but eventually I want to be my own boss and I want to do that in real estate. I just refinanced on my current home and was able to pull out $35k and was hoping that I could get some ideas on what to do with that. All suggestions are greatly appreciated.

@Baylen LaRue Welcome to Bigger Pockets! This is the right place to learn and seek out advice and help. Just as @Justin Windham stated, there is so many tools to explore on this site. I myself enjoy the podcasts. They are usually around an hour long, and chocked full of info with new topics every week. I know you will enjoy it here, and I'm still kind of new myself, but if I can assist with knowledge, I will be more than happy to help.
