@Charlie MacPherson I am concerned that you are administering erroneous legal advice on these forums when you’re not a lawyer. I take you at your word that we’ve already discussed this with a member of the board. I am telling you, as a lawyer myself, it does not matter what the real estate board says. When done properly, wholesaling is outside of the retail channels that they regulate.
