Investing in Rutland, VT

Hello! My family and I are looking to relocate to Vermont after visiting last summer. We are eyeing the Rutland area because it checks all of our boxes as far as amenities for our family and housing is very affordable. The affordability is what has sparked our interest in investing in that area. I will be in the area for a Stay to Stay weekend at the end of April and hope to meet with individuals who are currently investing in the area or professionals who know more about the market there. I am excited to be a part of the BP community!

Hey @Brian Budrow  Let us know what you find once you've spent some time in Rutland, I'm also going to be looking at Vermont but further north since I'm in Canada.  

@Martha Nowlan is an investor friendly real estate agent in Vermont. Not sure if its in the area you're looking, but  if not she'd likely know someone who is.
