Hi guys,

My name is Skyler and I'm looking to invest in SFH in Lufkin, TX. Are there any areas within Lufkin that you'd avoid investing in? I'm looking to purchase a 3 bed 2 bath home for under $100K that will be managed by a property management company. Any recommendations will be much appreciated!

I currently hold 3 rentals here in Lufkin. I’m also a licensed realtor as well here in Lufkin. It’s an excellent market for buy & hold.
