Newbie investor from New Jersey
Hello!
My name is Tristen Jenkins I'm 23 years old from Williamstown, NJ. For anyone not familiar with that area it's about 30-40 min. from Philadelphia or Atlantic City. Currently, I work for the TSA at the Atlantic City airport as well as personal training on the side. I'd like to build more passive streams of income. I have no real estate experience but I have been educating myself the past few months, and I'm interested in pursuing a house hack as well as getting into buy and hold rentals. I'm open to any suggestions, and I'm looking forward to being a part of this community.
