Hello Bigger Pockets Community, 

I have been lurking here for the past 2 weeks and listening to the podcasts daily and i am excited to introduce myself in to this valuable community. I will be working to start investing in real estate while keeping my full time job as an Electrician and I think i am going to take my construction skills and start off with Rehabbing and work my way from there. I'm making the leap and although my real estate  experience is nil right now i am ready to learn! I look forward to engaging with you all.
