New investor introduction
what's up everyone my name is David and I'm from Santa Maria California. I served 4 years in the United States Navy and I am just starting out on my road to financial freedom through the brrrr method! I bought my first propety with a VA loan, house hacked, and am now renting out the empty rooms and living for free! I am currently waiting on my permit approval for an ADU for extra income! Looking for a mentor (preferably local) to take me on as their apprentice and maybe someday as a potential partner. Looking forward on hearing about everyone's successes!

Welcome David, I'm active Army and about to PCS to Fort Irwin.. I wouldn't say Barstow is "local" to Santa Maria, but not super far away.
