OOS Newbie invests in midwest

Hello BP family!

I'm Alex,

Currently living in Denver CO but it's not the market for beginners in my opinion. Which is why I'm looking to network with savvy real estate investors, realtors, lenders, the whole nine yards in the mid-west region. My main target area is St Louis MO to begin with simply because I'm leaning on relocating there in the very near future.

I've been studying the game for almost a year now and I'm ready to make some solid moves in the mid-west i.e. St. Louis MO, Indianapolis IN, Dayton OH, Detroit MI for starters. I've already secured proof of funds and I'm ready to rock and roll.

So, please don't hesitate to connect with me especially investor friendly realtors. Looking forward to working with you guys!

Thanks for reading!

@Alex Miller There's a lot of investors in your shoes and not just beginners. Denver has just gotten so expensive that seasoned investors are pulling out. We've worked with a lot of people doing 1031's out of Denver and in to the Midwest. I'm not so sure about St. Louis though. The economic and demographic trends are week and the city has been unwilling to invest in infrastructure and economic development. I would have concerns about long term viability. If you're considering investing in MO, Kansas City would be a much better choice in my opinion. We've been active in KC for many years and know it well. I'd be happy to share my insights and help if I can.
