Hey all, great to be here.

I am a college student originally from right outside of Worcester and I have always taken an interest in investing in rental properties.

At the moment, I am just trying to figure out exactly what I want to focus on in my career and how I can get started investing in real estate on the side. Right now I am looking into possibly purchasing a duplex right out of school but until I know where exactly I will be working after graduation, I hope to learn as much as possible about the buying process from start to finish in the meantime.

Thanks, and I look forward to engaging in the BP community!
