New Investor in Carroll County, MD
Hey Bigger Pockets Community,
I have just discovered Bigger Pockets in the past month and have been amazed at the aggregation of knowledge here. I stumbled into the beginning of my first real estate investing experience a year ago when I rented out my first house. This experience helped me to see the wealth building potential of real estate and I am looking to do more.
I am currently working on getting more educated about real estate investing, doing more research in nearby markets, and continuing to save so that I can get acquire another rental property next year.

Welcome! I too am from Carroll County and looking to make my first purchase by the end of the year using the the BRRRR strategy. It will probably be outside of Carroll County because of the cost and limited market. Good luck, there is a wealth of information here.
