I'm Randy Sears and I'm new to the BiggerPockets online community. I'm 30 years old with 9+ years of management experience in the grocery/customer service industry. My soon to be 9 year old daughter is my biggest WHY and the motivation behind everything I do. Since finally making the concrete decision to pursue real estate 5 months ago, I have listened to 21 BiggerPockets podcasts, have finished rich dad poor dad, rich dad's cash flow quadrant, how to win friends and influence people, flip your future, the book on tax strategies for the savvy real estate investor (BP), the book on flipping houses (BP), and I'm just getting started on the book on estimating rehab costs (BP). I am currently looking for my first deal and would like to find a strategic partner having the same immediate goals as myself. I am currently focused on single family home flips in Bowling Green Kentucky with an ARV in the 125k-200k range to create capital for longer term investment strategies in the future. I will look to invest in single family and multi family rental properties once I have gained the experience and capital needed. My ultimate goal is to help as many people as I can to create a better life through real estate by providing honesty, integrity, and value to everyone I come in contact with. l feel truly honored to have found BiggerPockets and a community where everyone is here to support and benefit each other. Thank you for welcoming me in @Allan Bishop Jr.! I haven't been able to find any real estate meetups in the Bowling Green area up to this point, but would be interested in meeting with with your group if possible. Definitely going to spend some time with the BP calculators each day, as I know being fluent with those will help tremendously in the near future. Appreciate you taking the time to each out sir!
