Investment property in Albuquerque
My name is Eddie and I been wanting to get into the real estate business, but I do not have a lot of money to start. When I was 16 i helped my dad close on a triplex. That is all the experience I have. Any help and knowledge would be truly appreciated. Also, what is the best school to get a license in real estate here in Albuquerque. I have a Journeyman’s electrician lic and would like to add another license to my name and get experience in real estate, but I don’t know where to start.

To pursue licensing, look up Kaplan. It’s the most popular source for licensing here in the Albuquerque area.
