Triplex with 2 Extra Acres in Arkansas
I've recently purchased my first investment. I'm house hacking a triplex that came on 3 acres of land. The triplex itself is on about one acre of the land but the extra 2 acres is a problem that I'm seeking to solve.
I'm in Arkansas near Little Rock AFB.
What should I do with the extra land that is on my property? Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.

Ryan, since you are near the AFB, covered boat storage, RV storage and storage units in general is always a big need. Definitely something I would look into if I had land near an AFB.
