New Investor Saying Hello From NY/NJ!
Hey Everyone,
I've been reading the blog now for about 2 weeks and just saw this section of the site. I wanted to reach out and say hello.
I'm completely new to this whole game but have been reading and soaking up information as much as I can and avoiding 'guru' info like the plague!
I am interested mostly in acquiring 2-4 unit multi-family homes in and around Manhattan, most likely starting in Jersey City.
I don't have any of my team assembled so looking for an attourney, mortgage broker if they still exist, a real estate broker, as well as an accountant. If you are or know anyone that fits the above I would love an introduction. Also, if there is anyone out there currently operating in this market I'd love a mentor I could take to lunch and bounce idea's off of.
The biggest area of expertise i need to learn from is financing as all I really know about currently is traditional lending.
