Hi-

I have been learning about real estate investing as much as possible lately. I currently live in Norther California but I will soon be back in LA where I grew up. I've got a little bit of money and would like to put it to good use.

I'm in the market for a mentor as well. I'm hoping to find someone I can work for/with to start out. I don't need money, just experience. Can you help?
