Hi, my name is Yuan and I'm from China. I went to U-Penn for graduate school and has been a data analyst since graduation. Recently just moved to Halifax, NS and looking to start my real estate journey with a owner occupied multiunit. 

First lesson learned this weekend: if you see a beautiful property even during a weekend, make an timely offer on the same day or some other people will beat you to it...

Maybe pretty funny as I know some of you might laugh about this fact being so obvious..
