Hello All, Newbie that stumbled upon BP about 3 months ago. I have been actively listening and following as much as time will allow ever since. Very interested in learning more and hopefully getting into rentals as soon as 2020. I live in Charlotte NC and welcome any advice someone in the area can offer. Thanks BP Trevor
